I used the beautiful kit by Irish Princess Designs called "Merlot Meadow". 

What a wonderful kit this is! It contains 170 elements and 30 papers. It

has a pretty color palette of purples, white and loads of greenery in it.

It's packed full of floral and wine elements to make that special tag. I

used a stunning art tube by Fiodorova Maria called "Red Wine" available
