You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial. This tutorial was written using PSPX8
Open new Canvas 800*800
New Layer, flood fill with Paper 5, Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group,
 center in canvas

Frame- element 90 , resize, align center of canvas; C/P tube , resize place where you would like
Element 1, resize and Place under tube to left

Element 12, resize and Place under element 1 to left

Element 21, resize and Place above element 12 to left

Element 93, resize and Place under element 12 to left

Element 50, resize and Place under element 93 bottom right

Element 81, resize and Place under element 50 duplicate send to bottom

Element 83, resize and Place under element 50 to the right

Element 7, resize and Place above element 81;flip horiz. place top left

Element 13, resize and Place under element 93 to slight left

Element 9, resize and Place under element 13 to right

Element 34, resize and Place under element 21 place on very top of frame

Element 56, resize and Place under element 34 left of canvas
Element 62, resize and Place above element 7 to left

Paper 7 send to bottom and resize to fit under frame

Layers; merge visible, resize to liking, center in canvas
